We urge all clients and attendees to exercise due diligence when booking a vendor for their upcoming wedding / debut.
Do research online, ask for recommended vendors and suppliers from family and friends, work only with authorized representatives, and meticulously go through all the details of your contract/service agreement.
Do not hesitate to ask them for credentials– portfolio of previous works, latest contact information, and official receipts if you require them. Go through your package inclusions, rebooking, return, and cancellation policies, and other provisions to ensure you’re satisfied with your agreements before booking.
The Before I Do Organizing Team discourages high-pressure sales tactics among its exhibitors, and we urge attendees to inform us right away if they believe certain vendors or suppliers conduct themselves unprofessionally.
While we do our best to ensure that only legitimate businesses can exhibit at our trade fairs, the Organizers of Before I Do are not liable in the unfortunate event of breaches of contract or lapses in agreements between clients and vendors. And while we try to mediate in such instances towards a mutually amicable settlement, the Organizers do not warrant on any exhibitor.
For your protection, always ask for an official receipt along with your contract. All queries, payments, claims, comments, or complaints must be directed to the individual exhibitor.
