On the Day Coordination

Having a day coordinator is the only way to ensure that every little detail, from music to rings to gift collection is guaranteed. The last thing a bride needs to worry on her wedding day is whether the flowers reached the church or how to make room for an unexpected guest. If you hire us to coordinate your day, we promise to take control of expected and unexpected situations that will arise.

On the day of your wedding, we have 1 Event Manager, 2 Senior Coordinators, and additional 2-3 Assistants in uniform equipped with 2-way radios to arrive 5 hours before the event. Includes coordination on 3 locations (bridal suite, ceremony and reception venue).
