Before I Do — VRC Creative Events Management Corp. ("we", "our", or "Organizer") is committed to protecting your personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13 years old. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take steps to remove it.

3. Photographs and videos taken during the Bridal Fair

During the Before I Do Bridal Fair, our team or authorized partners may take photographs and video recordings of exhibitors, attendees, and event spaces for documentation and promotional purposes.

By entering the event venue or participating in any part of the Bridal Fair, you acknowledge that:

  • You may be photographed or recorded.
  • These images or videos may be used by VRC Creative Events Management Corp. for marketing and promotional purposes, including on our website and social media pages, email newsletters and advertising materials (online and print), and displays, brochures, and other media promoting the Before I Do Bridal Fair or future events.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you may inform our event staff upon entry. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid capturing or to remove your image where technically feasible.

4. How we share your information

We may share your personal information in the following situations:

  • With Service Providers (e.g., web-hosting, payment processors, analytics, email or event-management platforms) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality obligations.
